General Cal Grant Inquiries: Please contact Financial Aid. The Registrar's Office is only involved with verifying the GPA.

A GPA Verification for Cal Grant request is due to the Registrar's Office two weeks prior to the deadline posted here: https://webgrants.csac.ca.gov/.

Students will receive emails from the Registrar's Office when the Spring semester begins with instructions for instructions for requesting a GPA Verification for Cal Grant.

Students will be asked to fill out the form HERE and submit it to the Registrar's Office by the deadline above.

Please follow the instructions below that apply to you:

I am in High School: We do not verify GPA for High School Students. Please refer to the Cal Grant website or visit Financial Aid for more information.

I am in college and I am already receiving Cal Grant: If you are already receiving Cal Grant, you do not need to request your GPA again. You do not need to fill out a verification form.

I finished less than 24 college units:

Did you attend an accredited High School? If yes:

-   Do we have your HS transcripts? If no, have your transcripts faxed to us: (661)362-2722 then come back and fill out a verification form. Your HS transcripts are required if you have not completed 24 units. 

-  If yes, fill out a verification form. You will be notified when your GPA is submitted in 1-2 weeks! Check your master’s email.

Did you attend an accredited High School? If no:

Send your SAT or ACT scores directly to Cal Grant. TMU will not submit your GPA. You do not need to fill out a verification form.

I finished at least 24 college units: Fill out a verification Form. You will be notified when your GPA is submitted in 1-2 weeks! Check your master’s email.
